Terms of Service

Last updated: September 18, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Brigata, a service operated by Rocket Social, SAS (société par actions simplifiée), registered under RCS Lyon 832 329 445, whose registered office is at 26 chemin de Chalin, 69130 Écully, France (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these Terms (“you”, the “Customer”). If you subscribe for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

1. Who can subscribe

Brigata is open to anyone: companies, independent professionals and individuals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

If you subscribe as a consumer, that is outside any trade, business or profession, you keep every right consumer law gives you, including the statutory right of withdrawal described in our Refunds & cancellation policy. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

2. The service

A Brigata workspace is a team of AI agents that works on your business: it reads your website and the tools you connect, writes a strategy, and runs tasks such as customer support, content, SEO, analytics and software development. Each workspace is yours alone: your agents, your data and the accounts you connect stay inside it.

  • Your AI subscriptions. The agents run on Claude and/or ChatGPT subscriptions that you connect and pay for directly with those providers. You are responsible for holding those subscriptions and for complying with the terms of Anthropic, OpenAI or any other provider whose account you connect. Our price does not include them.
  • Your tools. When you connect third-party tools (for example a support inbox, a payment platform, a code repository or an analytics account), you authorise the agents to access and act in those tools on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. Your use of those tools remains governed by their own terms.
  • Approvals. The agents act on their own for routine work and ask for your approval through tickets before actions involving money, legal commitments, your reputation or anything irreversible. You are responsible for the decisions you approve and for the permissions you give.

3. AI output

The agents use artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Their output (text, code, analysis, messages, changes made in your tools) is provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing the work that matters to your business and for how it is used. Our obligations under these Terms are obligations of means (obligations de moyens), not of result.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly at support@brigata.co if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription, price and payment

  • The subscription costs US$99 per workspace per month, excluding VAT. Each workspace requires its own active subscription; a workspace cannot be created without one.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, sales tax and other taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout according to where you are and your tax status: for example 20% French VAT in France, the local rate for consumers elsewhere in the EU, and reverse charge for businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number.
  • The subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no free trial.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend the workspace after notifying you and giving you a reasonable opportunity to update your payment method.
  • We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after that notice; you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid, and partial months are not refunded. Consumers also have a statutory right of withdrawal in the first 14 days. The details, including that right and the cases where we do refund, are in our Refunds & cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Brigata, or to instruct its agents, to:

  • break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or collect personal data unlawfully;
  • create or distribute malware, attack systems, or gain unauthorised access to accounts or data;
  • produce content that is fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or that exploits minors;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties as a standalone offering without our written agreement;
  • interfere with the service, its servers or other customers.

We may suspend a workspace that breaches this section, with notice where the situation allows it.

8. Your data and ours

You keep all rights in the content and data you bring to Brigata and in the work the agents produce for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and transmit that data in order to provide the service. We keep all rights in Brigata itself, its software, design and brand.

Where your workspace processes personal data on your behalf (for example your customers’ support messages), you are the controller and we act as your processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data; a data processing agreement is available on request at support@brigata.co.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep Brigata available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (including those of AI providers and connected tools) and events beyond our reasonable control may affect it. Support is provided by email at support@brigata.co.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or reputation, nor for losses caused by third-party services, by AI output you did not review, or by actions you approved. Our total liability arising from these Terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the affected workspace during that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you have an account. You can close your account at any time. We may terminate your access for a material breach of these Terms that is not remedied within 15 days of notice, or immediately in case of serious breach or legal obligation. When a subscription ends, the workspace and its data are deleted 30 days later; export anything you want to keep before then.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you may cancel before they apply.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; write to us at support@brigata.co. Failing an amicable solution within 30 days, any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.
